Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Team Member
- Connect with customers to present telecommunications, fiber internet, and wireless services
- Deliver excellent customer service while recommending sales solutions tailored to customer needs
- Assist with service activations, account updates, billing support, and product upgrades
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals through promotions and bundled services
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activity, and account management updates
- Represent Reyes Marketing with professionalism, customer-first service, and strong product knowledge
- Collaborate with teammates and management to achieve sales, customer service, and business development goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and customer service development sessions
