Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay: $28.00-$32.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

- Perform routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, and assist with inspections and tours of the facilities
- Maintain interior and exterior property by painting and remodeling, building, installing, and assembling furniture
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of activities, amenities, and modifications
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
- Communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles
- Technical School Certification
