Pay Transparency
Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.

- Salary: $118,697 - $148,371 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
- Work on projects related to sports venues, international sporting events, FIFA, Olympics and partners with The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit (NAOU), other Coca-Cola Bottlers, Reyes Holdings and senior leadership/key stakeholders for the company
- Provide strategy, guidance and direction on project management practices to ensure delivery of strategic and high-profile complex projects
- Support, plan and manage projects to ensure they are completed and executed on time and within budget
- Lead, influence and help to plan, coordinate, and designate project resources, prepare and manage budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the multiple projects
- Develop, manage, and measure the project’s work effort on the following knowledge areas: Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
- Master’s Degree
