- Shift: Full Time, Weekend Availability, 2nd shift
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: $88,773 - $110,966 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
- Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Production Manager.
- Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review
- Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
- Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of related experience
- Master’s Degree
