Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local leadership on Human Resources (HR) decisions to ensure the effective delivery of HR processes, procedures, and policies, including compensation, compliance, and leave management as a Senior Human Resources Manager
- Partner with local business leaders and the Talent Acquisition team on the development of workforce plans, staffing strategies, and hiring events
- Mediate difficult employee relations issues by balancing conflicting points of view while acting as a neutral party, demonstrating discretion and fairness
- Administer mid-year and annual performance evaluations, communicate benefit-related changes, and assist employees with questions regarding Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) and benefits
- Measure HR performance using HR scorecards and share information with leadership to celebrate successes and address concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
