Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
- Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7am start time
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Local Routes available: Petoskey, Gaylord, Cheboygan, St Ignace, Indian River and surrounding areas; covering about a quarter of the Upper Peninsula
- Salary: $50,000 plus monthly sales incentive
Position Responsibilities
- The Account Manager is responsible for selling and ordering products into existing accounts, ensuring consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards
- This role maintains appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale to determine product needs
- You will execute and closes all sales calls for assigned relief sales routes while maintaining and selling incremental displays and securing incremental equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
