- Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: $79,213-99,016 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Shared Services Pricing Team, partner with the Director of Pricing to oversee product costing, pricing models, and communication of price calendars and cost files
- Implement customer pricing strategies, conduct market and competitor analysis, and perform profitability, revenue simulation models, and economic assessments
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies, and maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing expectations with the team
- Coordinate and manage multiple pricing projects, oversee the reconciliation process of monthly pricing accruals, and support suppliers, key customers, and supply chain partners with pricing communication
- Foster strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and lead training and development for the Pricing Team
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
