Pay Transparency
Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business. Moreover, this role may have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to program rules.
- Shift: Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1st Shift
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: Up to $55,000 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
- This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant’s experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader
- Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business
- Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
- Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Master’s Degree
