- Shift: Full Time, 1st shift, 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: $120,536 - $150,670 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance team inclusive of hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities on technical advancements
- This employee will be responsible for department budgeting, including all maintenance and repair cost centers, building, parts, outside services and departmental labor
- The Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational as well as supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
- You will champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis and other appropriate continuous improvement tools
- The Maintenance Manger participates in and supports the Environment Health and Safety Program, shop safety inspections, enforcement of lock-out/tag-out program and other Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certificate with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
- Master’s Degree
