- Responsible for Accounting, Accounts Receivable and customer service-related tasks, such as timely and accurate supplier billing, partnering with the Finance and Accounting team to enhance the Accounting Shared Services function
- Analyze incoming payments to determine proper application, create various bill back invoices, file maintenance and run weekly and monthly reports and statements
- Journalize and reconcile entries to the accounts receivable sub ledger Accounts Receivable management (collections, research pay agreements, accuracy, etc.)
- Customer relationship management, for both internal and external customers (communication, reporting, resolving issues, providing feedback, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 plus years of specific experience
- Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant
