- Lead strategy and continuous development of processes, projects, and systems to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and maximize profitability in the On-Premise Organization
- Manage and develop a team of On Premise Analysts
- Lead project initiation routines to assess project scope, develop initial scenarios, build project team, and facilitate and adhere to timeline and key project milestones
- Provide project management and leadership to implement pilots and rollouts of new continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including the customer, Coke One North America (CONA), Business Services North America (BSNA), The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), other franchise bottlers, Reyes Holdings, and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling’s Commercial, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams
- Act as internal subject matter expert by providing input based on strategies/insights and communicating future strategy for year over year efficiencies
- Travel up to 30%
- Other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
