Schedule: Monday - Friday Start time: 730am - 8:30am

Position Responsibilities:
Support Company applications, including RAS software, selling and delivery, routing and dispatch, and print shop while problem solving in Windows and Citrix environments to troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops and mobile devices
Work with Information Technology (IT) service center on support issues, providing efficient escalation of issues to IT team members, providing accurate incident and problem management reporting
Assist business and corporate IT with training employees on existing or new solutions and having the ability to communicate with all areas within the IT function
Provide onsite assistance for any Company acquisitions and integrations as well as testing on new or updated applications
Support and troubleshoot local hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V Equipment.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience with desktop support or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 plus years of experience providing on-site and remote support for systems including Win10, Citrix, MS Products, MS Exchange 2007/2010, Salesforce, A/D accounts, and desktop support
