This role also involves managing various account-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Handle all Customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, with a Customer First mentality, in both English and Spanish.
- Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication.
- Handle all accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP) customer payment and account obstacles, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage internal field representative payment clearing processes.
- Oversee all customer emails related to order processing to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers in signing up for fintech services.
- Support the web box functionality for email obstacles and manage communication effectively.
- Must have proven advanced bilingual skills, both verbal and written in Spanish.

- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
