Job Summary
This position is responsible for filling out paperwork used in the receiving area and packing slips of material received. This includes communications with customers, team members at both plants, and truck drivers. Duties include recording, checking, picklist, forklift, pallet jack and stocking materials at both plants and warehouse. Also is the backup driver for the company truck to deliver material from the warehouse to both Reyes’ plants and customers.

Main Duties And Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Receive truck drivers and check in materials.
- Administer and release documentation in a timely manner to the receiving clerk so the packing slips can be entered accordingly into the system.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) with customers, deliver drivers, clerk, lead and supervisor for any material issues.
- Ensure warehouses and plants are FIFO and stocked of material needed for production picklist.
- Load and unload customer material for shipment as needed.
- Deliver materials according to schedule.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the receiving/ shipping/warehouse area.
- Adhere to EHS and company policies, and standard work expectations
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of related experience in Shipping and Receiving.
- 1 year of warehouse experience. Familiarity with Packing slips/ Forklift/pallet jack preferred.

Computer Skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and in the use of e-mail, web browser applications.
- Intermediate-advanced math skills.
- Strong analytical, planning skills and critical thinking ability required with orientation for continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand and follow written technical procedures/instructions
- Ability to effectively prepare business and technical documentation such as procedures, reports, presentations, etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Highly effective, articulate communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels in the organization and across cultures
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

- Must be able to lift 25 pounds individually and team lift 50 pounds
