Responsibilities
- Safely maneuver and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and organization.
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals, departures, and parking needs, providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including trash removal and lot signage upkeep.
- Use communication skills to coordinate with team members regarding vehicle movements and lot status.

Reports To: Service Manager / Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Safely move and park vehicles to designated areas for service and sales departments.
- Route all sales and service vehicles from check-in to pick-up as directed by management.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, including vehicle displays.
- Assist with dealership operations as assigned (e.g., snow removal, lot organization, key management).
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid and current driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
- Clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail environments is highly valued.
- Driving experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive operations will give you an edge.
- Experience as a delivery driver or cashier demonstrates strong customer service skills and reliability.
