Join us as a Painter. This position is responsible for completing all painting duties, providing a clean and attractive finished product in a reasonable period of time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work in a safe and clean manner
- Prepares all surfaces for painting
- Paints entire units or touch-ups as directed; protecting carpets, countertops, windows, etc.
- Assist with inventory control
- Maintains tools and equipment in clean, proper working order
- Assist with any emergency
- Conducts all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing Act, DE Landlord/Tenant Code, and other federal and state laws
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance
Additional Responsibilities
- On-call duties required
- Occasional Overtime
Education/Experience
- 1-5 years experience with interior painting
- Valid Drivers License
- General Carpentry experience in making repairs
Competencies
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Teamplayer
- Can take direction
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs up and down stairs
- Frequent climbing
Work Environment
- Duties usually performed indoors and outdoors in all conditions
- Strong paint orders
