What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAKE READY TECHNICIAN position at REYBOLD GROUP OF COMPANIES?

Essential Duties
- Inspect vacated units and completes Make Ready Checklist
- Perform duties to restore units to “market-ready” status to include but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, appliance installation, tile repair, re-key doors, change filters, etc.
- Assist with the quality control inspections as needed
- Assist in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed
- Assists in the completion of work orders and preventative maintenance as needed.
- Participates with the on-call responsibilities and assignments.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Valid Driver's License
Competencies
- Availability to participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Ability to professionally, safely and efficiently perform assigned duties
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Own hand tools
