Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Irvine, CA. The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing activities, including coordinating campaigns, managing content updates for digital channels, and assisting with email marketing and social media execution. This role will help prepare marketing collateral, product information sheets, and sales support materials, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. The coordinator will assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-up activities. The position will also involve tracking marketing performance metrics, maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills to create clear, accurate, and engaging marketing materials and customer-facing content.
- Event planning experience to coordinate trade shows, webinars, and customer events, including logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.
- Project management abilities to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM, social media management tools) and basic understanding of marketing analytics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in technology, test equipment, or related industries is a plus.
