What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Manager position at rexcoequipment?
Lead a parts team, and own part of the company too.
When a customer's machine is down, your team finds the right part, gets it in fast, and gets them back to work. You'll run the parts department from the counter to the P&L and coach a small team, as an employee-owner whose results help grow your own stake in the company.

What You'll Do
- Lead your team. Supervise a small team of Parts Specialists through regular one-on-ones, coaching, and goal-setting.
- Run the department. Manage inventory, purchasing, and budget.
- Own the numbers. Track fill rate, gross margin, and other KPIs, and act when a metric slips.
- Build relationships. Manage top accounts, call on new customers, work with vendors, and partner with our Service team.
- Keep it safe. Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe.
What You'll Bring
- 3-6 years of parts, inventory, or related experience (equipment industry a plus)
- Experience leading people, or a strong desire to
- Comfort with KPIs, budgets, and basic P&L
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license
