What You'll Earn!
We believe in rewarding performance. Typical outside sales total compensation (base commissions) at Rexco averages $120K, with top performers earning $400K . Your drive sets the ceiling.
Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, 3 Weeks PTO from the start, then Unlimited PTO after 2 years. In addition to ESOP (yes - you'll be an employee-owner), you'll also go through paid training with our manufacturers!
What You'll Do
As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. Day to day, that looks like:
- Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty
- Logging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunity
- Overcoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining Rexco's market visibility
- Representing Rexco at trade shows and industry events
- Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
