Electronic Assembler
Rex Systems Incorporated (RSI) – Chippewa Falls, WI
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Rex Systems Incorporated (RSI), an ISO 9001:2015 certified electronics manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Electronic Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components used in high-reliability military electronics. On-the-job training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components
- Perform wiring and Printed Wiring Board assembly
- Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists
- Solder and inspect connections to IPC industry standards
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
- Soldering experience
- IPC J-STD-001 certification
- Manufacturing experience
Schedule & Benefits
This is a full-time hourly position working Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, qualifying for full-time benefits.
