Woodworking Maintenance Technician qualifications/responsibilities
· High production custom millwork facility is looking for an experienced maintenance & repair technician to service production woodworking equipment.
· 3 years experience of maintenance and repair required.
· Woodworking Maintenance Technician will service production woodworking equipment/machinery including moulders, gang rip saws, planers, sanders, cut-to-length, knife grinders, sawdust collection, etc.
· Woodworking Maintenance Technician will create repair schedules, perform preventative maintenance, perform equipment repairs, perform general facilities maintenance, purchase machine parts and shop supplies from vendors, install new machinery, work with factory technicians as required.
· Woodworking Maintenance Technicians will possess knowledge with welding, metal fab, electrical, cnc, plc & drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, spindles, bearings, sawdust collection, lite plumbing, problem solving skills.
· Motivated self starter, “jack of all trades”, team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
