Entry Level Sales Representative

We're hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team You'll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team's revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation:

$45,000 - $52,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met
• Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
• Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication

Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through
• Must be cooperative and helpful
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• An ability to grasp construction concepts
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions
• Must have a strong desire to learn
• Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions
• Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software

• Sales experience is preferred but not required

• Construction and retail experience is preferred but not required
