Job Overview
We are hiring for a front desk role and two positions in the back for audio, vinyl graphics, and apparel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with auto restoration or vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of power tools, hand tool and buffing techniques
- Experience working in a dealership setting can be advantageous.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
