About The Role
The Product Catalog Manager is responsible for maintaining governance and operational integrity across multiple systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Enviroware, and STUI. This role ensures accurate product creation, pricing alignment, and seamless integration across platforms, supporting both internal teams and external customer service functions. High preference for a candidate with prior Waste Industry experience!

About The Role
The Product Catalog Manager is responsible for maintaining governance and operational integrity across multiple systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Enviroware, and STUI. What You Will Do
Product Governance & Lifecycle Management
- Maintain product governance across all enterprise systems, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Oversee new product and price book creation, including manual and automated processes
- Support decommissioning and replacement of outdated product codes, coordinating with business and technical teams
- Monitor systems for process governance and integration failures, providing timely support and resolution
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure product codes are mapped correctly across Salesforce, STUI, Sage, and other platforms
- Lead efforts to map current customers to new and decommissioned products, ensuring continuity and accuracy
- Support out-of-process mapping for interim workflows, including manual matching and exception handling
- Partner with Customer Service to drive adoption and serve as the backbone of catalog-related changes
- Validate product code structures, ensuring compliance with character limits and unit of measure standards
- Maintain audit trails and support reporting needs across operational and financial systems
- 5 years of experience in product catalog management, sales operations, or ERP/CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, Enviroware, and STUI.
- Waste Industry knowledge, highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, pricing structures, and integration workflows.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with data governance, mapping logic, and change management processes.
