What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Reward Home Care?
Reward Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing quality, respectful, and person-centered care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Caregivers may assist clients with:
- Personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and supervision
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Escorting clients to appointments and community activities
- Other approved non-medical home care services
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of in-home caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, professional, dependable, and patient
- Ability to provide respectful and reliable care
- Clear criminal background check required
- Reliable transportation preferred
Applicants must provide one of the following:
- Two-Step TB Test
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test
- Chest X-ray, when applicable
