Make employee recognition simple, fun, and powerful for blue-collar companies — and help creators reward and grow their communities.

We combine blue-collar grit with modern tech. Our app helps companies improve retention, boost morale, and gamify culture with digital rewards, eggs (points), leaderboards, and automated recognition tools. We also serve podcasters, creators, and influencers who want to reward fans and build stronger engagement.

We’re gearing up for a major launch and looking for a high-energy, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow our user base and establish Reward Chicken as the #1 recognition platform for hardworking industries and creators across America.

You will be the front line of our brand — meeting business owners, managers, podcasters, creators, and community leaders who want:

• Better employee retention
• Stronger culture & morale
• Easier recognition systems
• A fun way to reward employees, fans, or community members

Your role is simple:

Build connections. Educate prospects. Show them the value. Close the deal.

• Prospect blue-collar companies (trucking, construction, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
• Reach out to podcasters, content creators, and small-to-mid-size influencers
• Set demos, walk clients through the platform, and close subscription accounts
• Attend trade shows, job sites, and creator events to build awareness
• Work with the founder team to refine targeting, messaging, and pitch decks
• Manage inbound interest from our websites & landing pages
• Build a pipeline and maintain CRM follow-ups
• Help onboard new clients and support early-stage users for long-term success

• Base Pay High-Commission Structure
• Bonuses for new company signups & creator partnerships

• B2B or SaaS sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable speaking to business owners, supervisors, creators, and podcasters
• Confident running product demos and explaining software
• Positive, energetic, and professional
• A self-starter with strong follow-up and organization
• Someone who believes in workplace culture, recognition, and employee retention
• Ability to travel occasionally for events, shows, or demos
