Responsibilities:

• Oversee the transition of Dharmacon research reagents from part of Horizon into revvity collectives, ensuring existing controls & rigors are sustained & improved as we go through this transition of business ownership.
• Oversees the product line structure for reagents business, simplifying the structure where possible, while maintaining necessary visibility into the reagents business to observe current & emerging trends.
• Develop, track, analyze and report key operating metrics for reagents business in a unified fashion, including all relevant sub-businesses under reagents.
• Monitor the reagents P&L against forecast and the annual operating plan, providing analytics, measuring KPIs & trending, and come up with actionable advices for the businesses to get to the bottom of issues identified.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solidify & execute the system strategy for reagents business, including ERP roadmap, design & implementation.
• Provide ad hoc and recurring analysis to the reagents leadership team for monthly/quarterly operational reviews, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and strategic long-range planning.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 5 to 10 years of finance experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft D365, Hyperion and Business Objects strongly preferred
