Revvia Marketing is a growing fractional CMO and marketing services agency in Carlsbad serving local San Diego businesses. We're hiring a Paid Media Lead to own all paid advertising and landing page execution across our client roster. This is a part-time W-2 role starting at 20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and client growth.
The Role
You'll be the person responsible for every paid dollar our clients spend — from strategy to launch to optimization — plus the landing pages those ads drive to. You'll report directly to the founder and work primarily behind the scenes, focused on execution and results rather than client calls.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other major platforms on a weekly cadence
- Design and implement high-converting landing pages on client WordPress, Shopify, and Wix sites
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, pixels)
- Build performance dashboards and reports (Looker Studio or similar)
- A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and landing page variants to continuously improve ROAS and CPL
- Keep detailed performance records and flag optimization opportunities proactively
Schedule & Location
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday — in-office at 5927 Priestly Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92009
- 20 hours per week to start, with a clear path to full-time
What You Need
- Demonstrated success running paid media for businesses in the San Diego market (this is non-negotiable — we need local proof)
- Hands-on experience building landing pages in WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Instapage, or Elementor
- A portfolio of landing pages you've built, with KPI data showing how they performed (conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
- Solid professional references we can contact
