Account Executive – Commission Sales
RevSource Media | Fully Remote | Nationwide
Start Date: January 19, 2026
RevSource Media is hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our nationwide remote sales team. This is a commission-based role with a weekly draw, designed for professionals who are confident in their sales ability and motivated by performance-based earnings.
This role is not entry-level. Sales experience is required.
Compensation Structure
- Commission-only position with draw
- Commissions earned offset the draw
- High performers will significantly exceed the draw through commissions
- No base salary
Benefits & Time Off

Vacation Accrual after 6 months of employment

Role Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business nationwide
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Conduct discovery calls and present RevSource Media solutions
- Accurately track pipeline and performance
- Meet or exceed commission-based sales targets
- Attend weekly virtual meetings prepared to clearly discuss your current pipeline, active book of business, and lead status, including next steps and closing time.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (required)
- Comfortable in a commission-based compensation structure
- Strong closing skills and objection handling
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote environment
- Professional communication and follow-up skills
- Camera required for weekly virtual meetings.
