Job Overview

We are partnering with an innovative company to recruit an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in their market research and events business lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop high-quality leads through multi-channel outreach
  • Execute targeted cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement strategies
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with key decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects within our client's target market of renewable energy and data center professionals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation
  • Participate in sales demonstrations, meetings, and proposal development
  • Track and maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM system
  • Contribute to team strategy and lead generation methodologies

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of SDR / BDR experience
  • Track record of performance
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Resilient and persistent approach to lead generation
  • Strong understanding of best practices for outreach

Position Details

  • Type: Full-time, Fully Remote
  • Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 base salary
  • Additional Earnings: $10,000 - $20,000 potential bonus/commission
  • Career Path: Clear growth trajectory towards a full-time sales role or other relevant position


You will be asked to travel 2, maybe 3 times a month to Norwalk, CT as you ramp and on occasion as needed.

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
