About the Role We are seeking a tech-savvy, fast-learning HR Generalist to join our team in our New York City office (Park Ave). This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to execute tactical HR work, and solid project management capabilities to keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment. You will manage core HR operations — from onboarding and offboarding to policy development — while partnering closely with managers and employees across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a "sprint" style work environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and is motivated to deliver high-quality results while juggling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
• Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Execute tactical HR responsibilities such as compliance tracking, employee relations support, and data management.
• Lead and participate in HR-related projects (e.g., policy rollouts, system implementations, performance cycles) with accountability for timelines and deliverables.
• Partner with global HR colleagues to align processes and ensure consistency across regions.
• Leverage HR technology and tools to streamline processes, track progress, and generate insights.
• Communicate effectively with employees and managers, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
• Provide light office support as needed (e.g., ordering lunch for visitors, coordinating occasional office logistics).

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain policies and processes.
• Proven ability to handle tactical HR execution with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver on multiple initiatives at once.
• Tech-savvy with experience using HR tools and platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Lattice, Lever, Deel).
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach and "all-hands-in" mentality.
• Must be able to work full-time, in-office at our Park Ave NYC location.

Nice-to-Haves

• Global HR knowledge or experience supporting employees in multiple countries.
• Previous experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll, or performance management cycles.
• Experience supporting culture and engagement initiatives or DEI programming.
• Comfort with light office/administrative support in addition to HR responsibilities.
