Job Summary
ReVosWel Truss & Lumber is looking for a hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position supports operations in our truss shop, wall panel shop, and lumber yard, helping produce high-quality building components for residential and commercial construction.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that builds the materials behind new homes and buildings across the region.
Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
Truss Shop Duties
- Assist in building roof and floor trusses using pre-engineered plans
- Operate pneumatic nail guns and other production tools
- Stage and organize lumber for truss assembly
- Help stack, band, and prepare completed trusses for delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Wall Panel Shop Duties
- Assist in the production of prefabricated wall panels used in residential construction
- Measure and place studs, plates, and sheathing according to plans
- Operate nail guns and assembly equipment
- Help move completed wall panels to staging areas for shipping
- Ensure quality control and accuracy of assembled components
General Yard Duties
- Load and unload building materials
- Assist with organizing lumber and materials in the yard
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support other team members and departments as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Construction, framing, or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
