Estimator – Lumber & Building Materials
ReVosWel Truss & Lumber is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who understands the building materials industry and can accurately estimate residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Perform material takeoffs from blueprints and construction plans
- Prepare accurate bids and project estimates
- Coordinate and process special orders
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and sales staff throughout the estimating process
- Review project specifications and recommend appropriate materials
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed on schedule
Qualifications
- Lumberyard or building materials experience is REQUIRED
- Experience performing material takeoffs
- Experience preparing bids and project estimates
- Knowledge of special ordering procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Qualified applicants must have previous lumberyard/building materials estimating experience, including takeoffs, bidding, and special ordering.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
