We’re looking for a part time Sales Lead in our Missoula location who is self motivated, service obsessed, and has great energy.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers like they’re guests in your home.
- Offer up style advice, suggest pieces, and help customers find pieces they love.
- Hit sales goals and celebrate wins with your team.
- Keep the store looking sharp — from front windows to fitting rooms.
- Master the art of multitasking: styling, stocking, and servicing at the same time.
Who You Are
- A people-person through and through.
- Knows style (but humble about it).
- Energized, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Retail experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the personality, we’ll teach you the rest.
