POSITION SUMMARY:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- EE Compliance File Management
- Data & Reporting
- HRIS Management
- Talent Acquisition/Onboarding
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and coordinate employee satisfaction surveys
- Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and support professional development
- Assist with the development and coordination of training for leadership development, emerging leaders, and ongoing training for all staff
- Assist with performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping employees with goal setting
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training grants, continuing education, and work assessments
- Develop relationships with staffing agencies and vendors
- Coordinate Talent Acquisition/Onboarding
- Coordinate and oversee all reporting for staffing agencies
- Develop and coordinate tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs for employee recognition and morale
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, refers more complex questions to the Director of HR
- Communicate with employees, to keep abreast of the attitudes, behaviors and morale of the workforce
- Maintain physical and digital employee records, including benefits, financial, and personal information
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent and creative Social Media skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
- AAS degree in human resources, business, or a related field or equivalent
- Prior related HR experience preferred
