Director of Business Operations

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Business Operations provides strong strategic and operational leadership across AxisNorth Solutions and Revolv Manufacturing. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring operational efficiency, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Director oversees day-to-day business activities while supporting long-term organizational goals.

ACCOUNTABILITES:

• Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA)
• Daily management of Project Coordinator team
• Quality Technician / Logistics Management (AxisNorth)
• Daily management of AxisNorth supplier relationships
• Daily management of customer relationships
• ISO requirements and updates

• Align daily operations with strategic business objectives.
• Lead team to resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team performance.
• Facilitate cross-department communication to support customer needs.
• Develop and maintain reports (shipping, inventory, etc.) to ensure profitability.
• Support the sales team with new customer RFQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Partner with departments across the organization to meet company goals.
• Support initiatives related to ISO compliance.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Promote a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
• Support APQP processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and applicable software programs.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
