People are holding onto their cars longer. Dealerships need new revenue streams. We're in the right place at the right time, and we need closers who can move fast, build pipeline, and win deals.
This isn’t a hand-hold-your-leads kind of role. We’re looking for aggressive, driven AEs who love the chase and can turn cold outreach into closed revenue. You’ll be selling into franchised dealerships across the U.S. and Canada with no territory limits and a short sales cycle that rewards speed.
Yes, we have SDRs. Yes, we have inbound leads. But if you're not creating your own pipeline, you won’t make it here. If you are? You’ll crush it.

- Phoenix metro candidates: Hybrid role, in-office 3 days/week in Tempe, AZ, with up to 10% travel. *Non-local candidates: Open to fully remote within the U.S. Compensation: Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 OTE: $130,000–$145,000 (Uncapped commission)
- Sell to franchised dealerships across North America (no territories)
- Hunt and close your own pipeline while working warm leads
- Hit monthly and quarterly MRR targets—we move fast here
- Be proactive, be scrappy, and keep your Salesforce pipeline tight
- Speak auto dealership fluently—or be ready to learn fast
- 1-3 years of inside sales or Account Executive experience (SaaS is a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required
- Prospecting machine - emails, calls, social, you name it
- Competitive and hungry to prove it
- Coachable and constantly leveling up
- Clear, confident communicator who knows how to ask for the close
- Salesforce experience is a bonus
- Uncapped commission: Hustle = $$$
- Freedom to hunt: No territories, If it's a fit, it's yours
- Short sales cycle: Deals close fast when you're sharp
- High-leverage roles: You'll work closely with marketing, SDR's, product, and leadership
