About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful impact in the Honesdale community. You’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care plans and support patients through their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and equipment use
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
Requirements
- Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania (required) with independent practice
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior home health experience preferred but not required
