- Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and quality testing, running diagnostic tests, setting standards, and confirming adherence to them.
- Apply hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes and quality concerns.
- Lead root cause analysis in problem-solving and address deviations from standards.
- Monitor process capability and help ensure permanent improvements are implemented.
- Mentor production operators and other team members to improve adherence to manufacturing standards and responses to deviations.
- Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support process standardization, documentation, and operator training efforts.
- Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
- Foster a plant culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality systems, process improvement, or quality assurance required.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of basic quality, financial, and operations protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively present information to the management team and other groups.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills; able to provide constructive advice and feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
