Position Summary
Revolution Workshop is looking for an individual that enjoys detail oriented work and is mission-driven
to help underserved populations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all of Revolution
Workshop’s programming is within required compliance. This includes an understanding of
government funding streams, data input from all programmatic activity recorded by other staff, and
regular meetings with grantors. This individual must also enjoy data analysis to help the organization
grow in a strategic manner. This position is full-time, in person, and year-round at both our East
Garfield Park and Roseland training facility.

- This position reports directly to the Data & Compliance Manager
required and will flex hours accordingly.
Roles And Responsibilities
Compliance
- Supervision of government funding streams to ensure compliance in programmatic data
- Enrollments, Assessments, Case Plans, Job Entries, Exits, Training Services into
- Supervision of programmatic private funding requirements
- Analyze results and create reports regularly (PPRs, etc, varies by funding stream)
- Complete quarterly audits on all trainee files to ensure compliance
- Track progress of trainees through lifetime of grant cycle
- Collaborate with program staff to support programmatic changes driven by grant funding
- Assist with compliance integration and onboarding of additional grant opportunities to the
- Support with financial vouchering for grants
- Verify performance metrics for grants and that proper payment was received
- Create training materials/documents for team
- Conducts training sessions to continuously keep team up to date
- Maintain updated training materials based on changes in grant needs
- Salesforce administration support to ensure all data is captured in organization wide reporting
- Analysis of data to report on trends and inform organizational change
- Work with grantors for a full understanding of funding administration
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings for all required funding streams
- Assists in the promotion of Revolution Workshop program to community-based
- Assist with the planning and development of Revolution Workshop programs/events
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1 years of related administrative experience, experience with government funding streams and
- Excellent computer skills – Google G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.),
- Competence in data validation and error-checking, ensuring accuracy in calculations and
- Salesforce experience, preferred
- Lived experience, or, at least two years of experience working with diverse groups
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be a team player and detail oriented
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to produce required skills
- Ability to stay organized across multiple projects at the same time
- Recognize and respond to emerging priorities, allow for flexibility in your schedule
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
