We are based in New York City and we were founded & are led by a unicorn Founder, who built a company in healthcare from just him to a $5 Bn market value as CEO. He is now the CEO and Founder of another operating healthcare company, and serves as the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for RVS companies.

RVS takes a focused and selective approach, starting a few high-potential companies each year, all of which have grown into revenue-generating businesses. As a co-founder and CEO of a new business incubated out of RVS, you will work closely with the RVS team, including the Founder. If you have the drive to lead an ambitious new company through many years to become a multi-billion dollar company and have a large impact on many, RVS offers the platform and resources to make it happen.

Currently, Revolution Venture Studios (RVS) is dedicated to creating high-impact companies focused on addressing major healthcare and wellness challenges. In this role, you would be a Co-Founder and lead engineering. This means you should be able to code hands on and build the product, all while also hiring and managing a small number of additional engineers.

Our vision is to pioneer an AI-enhanced LLM for Healthcare, aimed at streamlining administrative processes. We are seeking a driven Co-Founder & CEO to lead our startup through its crucial early stages and beyond.

The Opportunity: The landscape of healthcare confronts considerable hurdles and escalating administrative demands. Our pioneering AI-infused LLM for Healthcare model aspires to reshape this landscape by introducing automated and optimized workflows. The core objective is to elevate patient outcomes and enhance provider efficiency, heralding a transformative era in healthcare administration.

Who we are looking for: We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual with the grit, intellect, and work ethic to build a generational healthcare business. You will build the product, hire a small team, and work hands-on to build the company from its inception to a multi-billion dollar outcome over the course of 5 years.

Responsibilities:

• Build the initial product in partnership with a small team, which you will partake in building.
• Lead fundraising efforts as necessary beyond the initial tranche of capital, which will be provided by the venture studio.
• Build and oversee the development and implementation of the product roadmap.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. All teams at our venture studio will work Monday-Friday fully in person, and will work hard. Most co-founders work 12 hour days in the office during the week, and often work on weekends as necessary too.

Qualifications:

• MOST IMPORTANT: Unique level of passion & drive; able to motivate yourself and those around you to build incredible products & ensure that they are marketable.
• Potential and desire to build a new product, and build it quickly - iterating on customer feedback
• An ability to work across functions - as a CEO and Co-Founder of a new business, you will need to do marketing, operations, product management, etc.
