A Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of sourcing, recruiting and submitting candidates for consideration to an assigned base of national clients. The clients can be from a number of different verticals (Finance, Manufacturing, Government, Consumer Products, Pharma/Medical Device) with business needs ranging from IT, Engineering, Clearance to Non-Clearance to Business Professional positions.
What Revolution Technologies is looking for in a Technical Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- 2 years’ experience recruiting in the staffing industry
- A voice that focuses on building best in class relationships with consultants, team members and clients
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and change focus quickly, as needed
- Highly collaborative team member with the focus to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Networking groups, Indeed, Dice
- and other technologies plus be creative in finding new search strategies
- Prior experience with Bullhorn, is a plus
- Open to new challenges and ready to grow
- Basic understanding of IT, Engineering recruiting
- Outstanding organizational skills, time management and strive to make the most of each day
This position has a base salary and uncapped commission structure that starts with the very first placement. 3 weeks annually of PTO accrued monthly. A benefit package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term or Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and 401k.
