Here’s what an Management Trainee does:
- Sells AT&T business wireless and internet services within a designated area.
- Management Trainees engage directly with business owners and customers, guiding them through the sales cycle.
- Develops, nurtures, and expands a client base through effective prospecting and outreach.
- Assesses business communication needs and recommends customized AT&T solutions.
- Markets and sells a range of AT&T offerings, including wireless plans, high-speed internet, device upgrades, and exclusive business promotions.
- Management Trainees manage the entire sales order process, from initial consultation to delivery and installation.
- Management Trainees coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, account updates, and customer satisfaction.
- Stays updated on new product releases, promotions, and service features to better serve clients.
Qualifications you must meet to become an Management Trainee include:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not essential.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, client services, or other customer-facing roles.
