Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Experience in a vape shop is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of vape and smoke products is required to a small extent, we will teach you everything else you need to know. We do require initiative in finding and completing tasks.
Duties
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Provide product knowledge to customers and offer recommendations
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Learn the products during down-time. This is an ever-changing industry and we see new products often.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Knowledge of using cash registers and processing payments
- Capability to lift and move stock as needed
- 21 years or older ONLY.
- Reliable transportation is required
