Material Handler / Forklift Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Osceola WI area
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some overtime on Fridays
Pay: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
A growing manufacturing company in the metal stamping industry is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their 1st shift production team. This role is key to keeping production running smoothly by managing the flow of material and finished goods throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Move raw material and finished parts to and from production equipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
- Stage and organize shipments for outbound deliveries
- Operate a sit-down, propane-powered forklift safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate material counts and organized staging areas
- Follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recent experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
- Proven experience operating a sit-down, propane forklift
- Comfortable with a 5:00 AM start time and occasional Friday overtime
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
