Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Progress patients appropriately based on functional goals and outcomes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term health strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) NEW GRADS WELCOMED!
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong patient relationships
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
• Interest or experience in home care, sports performance, or wellness is a plus
