We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter/Placement Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using social media management tools, ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, Workday, and other HRIS systems to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, including behavioral and technical assessments, to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners through effective relationship management and cold calling techniques.
- Utilize employment & labor law knowledge to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process and draft clear employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Lead initiatives in campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and succession planning to attract diverse talent pools for current and future organizational needs.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms like ADP or UltiPro.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate competitive offers while aligning with company policies.
- Expertise in technical recruiting across various disciplines and understanding of HR sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in all hiring activities.
- Experience with social media management for talent acquisition campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Familiarity with onboarding tools such as Employee orientation programs and training & development initiatives. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
