Heavy Wrecker Operator

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a yard truck at a single location.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify any issues that require maintenance or repair.
- Load and unload goods as required, utilizing manual transmission and ensuring that all cargo is properly secured.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any issues that arise during transport.
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a truck or yard driver, with a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with a yard truck.
- Experience driving in regional lanes, with an understanding of the routes and any specific requirements.

Skills:

- Commercial driving experience
