The candidate should be compassionate, composed, and able to follow health and safety guidelines consistently. The goal is to promote patient well-being by delivering high-quality care.

- Current Resume
- Clinical License and Specialty Certifications mandated by the Client`s State requirements
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- Two current clinical references
- Must be able to pass background check
- Physical (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
